Day after day, work and love for contemporary art forges and nourishes our spirit with a beautiful inspiration. Art in general has fascinated me since my childhood through drawings. In secondary school, it directed me to fashion and encouraged me to create numerous pieces of clothes and loincloths out of Batik and Bogolan. As a student, I joined the international organization AIESEC, where my work and talent quickly propelled me to the rank of director and Co-initiator of a cultural project named “Tendance Africa”. I had the chance to work with talented young artists and designers. This level of responsibility gave me confidence and convinced me to use my potential rather than risking wasting it.
My artistic journey continues with a perpetual quest for knowledge and artistic know-how. In 2011, forced to leave my family, I found myself in Burkina Faso, the country of honest men. Discovering this country and meeting great African and Western visual artists gave me the strength and courage to embrace a new form of expression that is painting .
